Personal Training

Julie strongly believes in training clients in a safe and effective manner. Programs are personally designed by Julie to tailor to each client's needs, abilities, and goals. 

  • One-on-one personal training session inside your home or place of preference.

  • All necessary equipment is provided for. 

  • Acquire the skills you need to workout safely and effectively.

  • Sessions are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes. 

Small Group

Training

  • 3-8 people max. Exceptions can be made. See below.

  • Equipment provided for. Battle ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc.

  • 45 minute or 60 minute sessions.

  • Workout type is decided by group.

  • Larger groups for specialty occasions upon request:

    • Bridal fitness

    • Bachelorette's vs. Bachelor's

    • Mom's Fitness Hour

    • Family Fitness

TRX

Training

Simply put TRX is a unique form of bodyweight training. The suspension trainer uses gravity and your own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Because it requires you to engage your core in every exercise, you get a total body workout every time you train! Its keen design maps the way your body moves in everyday life. This is why TRX improves mobility and flexibility while building functional strength. TRX is for all levels and can be used anytime, anywhere thanks to its versatile design.

Post-Rehab

Injury Prevention

Many people are unsure of what to do once rehab is over. Learn to workout safely to prevent re-injury. Not limited to just post-rehab. If you have ever been injured, learn to strengthen those areas to prevent further injury.

Special 

Populations

For those who have special needs or health concerns/conditions, training programs are made with the proper precautions. Special populations include but not limited to: autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders, cancer, cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia. In these instances, it is not unusual to have a team of medical professionals. Julie keeps your medical team in the loop. She believes your health is a team effort.
